Suite Logic

Suite Logic can be seen as a suite management module. It creates suites from existing rooms within IDPMS by mapping them which each other.

The Suite Logic module requires a valid license and needs to be activated in Settings > Options > Modules. See Option Modules  and Option Suite Logic.  
Once activated the Suite Logic settings can be accessed:

Please keep in mind when using Suite Logic:

• When creating a new reservation on a suite room type a room number is required to save the reservation.
• Suite Logic reservations are calculated in management summary (mansum) and forecast reports.
• It is not possible to create a reservation for multiple rooms at once (number of rooms in reservation field).
• When using multi- configuration within this module, you need to assign a room to every single reservation to have true availability figures.
• The suites which are created through this module are also visible in rate grid and rate query. Rates need to be loaded in the Rate Grid. See Rate Grid and Rate Query.
