IDPMS provides the ability to create and maintain relation profiles for individual guests, companies, travelagents, their parent profiles and organizational contacts.
In a multi- property database environment, relation profiles are shared between the different properties linked in the database. The relation profiles will have the same relation code prefix and make it easy for each property to share information and statistics. The following topics are outlined in this section.
