Event Reservations are used primarily in IDPMS to manage table reservations, but can also be used to manage other events. A license is required to activate this module. Event Reservation setup needs to be configured before making any new event reservations. For more information on event reservations setup, see Event Reservation Settings.
Like individual room reservations, an event reservation has a status. Event reservations do not have to be checked in, nor checked out. The statuses are therefore limited to Active, History and Cancelled.
