If multiple currencies are accepted or exchanged at the property, these currencies need to be configured in IDPMS.
Go to Settings > Financial > Exchange rates.
The exchange types previously set up in Main Groups are displayed:

The exchange value has to be set manually. Double click on the payment type or select it and click the checkmark.
Enter the value and save. Currency will be exchanged based on this value.
