If a hotel uses the allotment module, allotments can be configured to release allotment blocks a number of days in advance. The releasing of allotments based on allotment release days in the allotment grid, are handled through the normal audit autorun procedure. However if the audit does not complete this task, it can be done manually by selecting this option in the Night Audit Menu. Night Audit > Release Allotments.
Once selected the following screen is opened:
If 'yes' is selected all allotments that are due to be released based on the allotment grid settings will be released.
Once completed, the following window will open:
Select 'OK' to close the window.
