Combination

Some Banquet and Meeting Facilities have Combination Rooms which means that these rooms can be combined to sell as a single meeting space. An example of a Combination room would be a large Ballroom where it has multiple sections. These sections can be combined in various ways as function space.

To access Combination, go to Settings > Banqueting > Function rooms > Combination

To add a new Combination Room, select the add icon

Fields in blue are mandatory.

Combination room - Select from the pick list. If you want the combination room to have a unique name, first create it in the Function Room Picklist. See Function Room.
Function Room - Select from the Function Room Pick list.
