Cancellation Policy

Specific cancellation policies can be set up within IDPMS and these cancellation policies can be printed on confirmation letters once the script is configured in the letter. See also Editor.

To create Cancellation Policies, go to Settings > Reservations > Cancellation policy  

All current policies are displayed:

Select the Add/New Icon

Save using checkmark.
