Guest Communication Categories are not mandatory and are part of the Guest Communication Type described earlier. See Guest Communication Types. Adding Guest Communication Categories allows the hotel to further define or classify the Guest Communication Types.
To add Guest Communication Category picklists, go to Settings > Picklists > Guest Communication Categories.
Select the New/Add icon. Guest Communication Category code is limited to 8 Characters and description is limited to 30 characters.
