When a hotel is part of a multi-property database, the associated hotels should be listed. By listing these associated hotel codes, it provides the property the capability to quickly check availability at these locations from within the IDPMS application. See also Chain Availability
To add Associated Hotels, go to Settings > Picklists > Associated Hotels and Select the New/Add icon
Save entry using Checkmark
Each Hotel is assigned a list order. The List order defines the order that the Hotels will be listed under Chain Availability and also should identify assign sequence of 'sister' hotels for other applications like CWI (Customer Web Interface)
For example, if my property is sold out, sell property list order 1 next and then list order 2 and so on.
