The PMS Marketing menu includes two marketing tools: The mailing Wizard and SQL Mailing. The Mailing Wizard is a tool that can be used to filter out certain information from the PMS, that is needed to make new select mailings for guests, companies or travel agents.
The SQL mailing tool is useful to hotels that may need to extract specific and customized data from the database. The PMS runs on a SQL database, using the tool it is possible to create and save SQL queries and use them to create mailings.
