A Proforma invoice is a projected invoice for the date selected which includes the expected room, tax and extra charges. To batch print proforma invoices for a specific date, Go to Extra > Invoice utilities > Batch print proforma invoices.
Enter the required proforma date.
Invoices will be printed in room number order. Invoices are printed to the designated invoice printer. See Option Printers.
