Setup Room Pools

Different rules pertain to Trust Owner Accounting based on location. Rules can vary per property, per State/Province and Country. Some management companies may group their owner units/rooms into different pools. Pools are generally used to assist in revenue distribution between the owners and management. For example, a property may have 100 rooms where 50 rooms are part of a pool system where the revenue is pooled and distributed evenly between the 50 room owners.

To Setup Room Pools, go to the Back Office Menu as shown below;

 

Click the add/new icon

Code - Enter a code the the pool group. Limited to 8 characters.

Description:  Enter a description of the pool.

Save using the green checkmark.

Multiple pools can be entered.
