Interfaces

From the Reservation and In house screens, the interface icon allows access to various interface functions:

Icons displayed will depend on the interfaces installed and activated at the hotel.
Clicking the interface icon will display other icons. Not all the icons will always be available and depend on the interfaces installed and their functionality. The icons with the red diagonal stripes will undo a previous function.

These icons allow users to manually activate some interface functions.

 Using this icon the telephone line of a room can be opened. The guest can now use the telephone. This is used in conjunction with the PBX or telephone management interface.

Using this icon the telephone line of a room can be closed. The guest can't use the telephone. This is used in conjunction with the PBX or telephone management interface.

 Clicking this icon will display a window in which the wake-up time can be set. This is used in conjunction with the PBX or telephone management interface.

Setting the wake-up time.

This icon is used to cancel the set wake- up time.  

 If the guest does not want to be disturbed, click this icon. Now it is no longer possible to make calls to the room of this guest from any other room. This is used in conjunction with the PBX or telephone management interface

Use this icon to remove the Do not disturb status.

 This icon makes it possible to create a new key card. When creating a key card, users can choose what encoder should be used to create that key card.

 This icon makes it possible to copy a key card.

 Clicking this icon makes it possible to read the information on a key card if the key interface support this function.

 This button can be used if the deposit as calculated by IDPMS,needs to be posted to the reservation folio. The use of this button depends on the IDPMS configuration and is used in consultation with the IDPMS user.

This icon makes it possible to print vouchers manually. Only available if Voucher Module is in use. See Voucher Module.
