Yield Grid

Go to Settings > Ratemanager > Yield Grid to access the Yield grid.

The yield grid displays a 6 week overview.

If 'Hurdle rates' is not enabled, the grid will look like this:

	These buttons are used to scroll back and forth on the rate manager calendar by week or by month.
	This button is used to select a specific date to view. Once the date is entered, the calendar will display a 6 week view starting with the Monday closest to the date entered.
	This button is used to close the window.

The yield grid consists of 3 tabs, displayed at the top of the screen:

Edit hurdle rates
To change the values, double click a cell on the calendar. This will open the ‘Edit hurdle rates’ window.

For example:

It allows setting a max occupancy % per day per room type group.

With option Hurdle rates enabled: Without option Hurdle rates:

Select the start- and end date that needs to be edited. Use the calendar or manually enter the dates.

Hurdle rate - This value is the value which will determine whether or not rates can be booked or not. Rates should have a higher value than this over the entire stay in order to be bookable.
Delta - Every time a reservation will be created for this room type, the hurdle rate will increase with this value.
Ceiling - The ceiling limits the number of increments.
Max occupancy - The hotel maximum % can be entered.
