Reservation locked

Third Party Distribution interfaces can be set up to where reservations booked by the interface can have locked reservation dates. This means that the arrival or departure dates can't be modified unless a user has access rights to edit these locked reservations dates. See Menu User Access. 

Settings > advanced > reservation locked

This section allows the hotel to specify which interfaces should have locked dates. The reason a hotel may decide to lock dates on reservations created by a distribution interface is because any change to length of stay might involve a recalculation of commission or effect another booking policy. Therefore, limiting access rights to edit locked reservations may be important for some hotels.
