Reason Cancel references a list of all cancellation reasons. Why do customers cancel their reservation bookings? Many hotels want to track this information. The picklist is customizable per hotel. There are various reports in IDPMS that track cancellation reason statistics.
To access Reason Cancel, go to Settings > Statistics > Reason Cancel.
If reasons have already been created, the window will open displaying the list.
To add a new reason select the
Reason - Enter the reason code (alphanumeric limited to 8 characters)
Description - Enter description (max 30 characters)
Save using checkmark.
