Guarantee Plans in IDPMS is currently only used to publish to Guest Confirmation Letters. The Letters are created in IDPMS Editor and will have to include a script to publish the guarantee code.
To setup Guarantee Plans
Select the add/new icon
Code - Add the code for the Guarantee Plan (limited to 8 characters)
Description- Add the description of the plan (limited to 30 characters)
Guarantee Method - Select from 1 of 3 (selection hard coded in IDPMS and not configurable) 
Days - Enter the number of days if applicable
Hours - Enter the number of hours if applicable
Method description - Describe the guarantee Method (limited to 30 characters)
Prepaid - check if the guarantee method is prepaid.
Save using the Green checkmark.
