Settings > Option > Hotel
This section directly relates to the licensing of IDPMS. The IDPMS license is based on the property name.
License Name - The licensed name of the hotel. This is the name that is displayed at the top of the screen in IDPMS.
Address - The address of the property
City - The City
Country/ State - The Country
Phone - The Phone number as it needs to appear on confirmation letters
Fax - The Fax number as it needs to appear on confirmation letters
E-mail - The Hotel's generic email address
Website - The Hotel's website.
Bank Account- If the Hotel uses an account number for direct deposits, enter the number there and this can be pulled on to letters.
Tax Number- The Hotel VAT Number if applicable
BIC/SWIFT number - BIC/SWIFT number.
IBAN number - IBAN Number
