This is only supported in the Netherlands.
With the LCR table, communication costs can be calculated based on time and number dialed. This is used when a phone company doesn't generate pulses to charge.
To access Telephone LCR Table:
Prefix- Enter the prefix number if applicable
Description - Enter Description of charge
ChargeType- Enter a charge type (local, long distance)
Enter the low rate / High rate amounts
Enter Start Pulse-
Low Rate Start/High Rate Start - Enter rate amounts if applicable for connection start amounts.
Check applicable days of the week for high rates to apply.
