If a Hotel uses a Key Card Interface, the Keycard Encoder table needs to be setup. The settings will vary per interface.
To access Keycard Encoder, go to Settings > Interfaces > Keycard Encoder
To add a new encoder ID
Fields in blue are mandatory.
Station ID - Enter the Station ID (provided by Third Party Vendor)
Encoder - Enter Encoder ID - (provided by Third Party Vendor)
Workstation - Each workstation has a unique ID, Enter the Workstation ID. (only workstations that use interface)
Save using checkmark.
