Sections relate to the Housekeeping Sections within the hotel or property. Many properties divide their guest rooms into sections. Some guest room floors may have multiple sections depending on the number of rooms per floor. Sections are often divided into groups of rooms totalling 12-15 rooms per section. This number varies based on the hotel classification and geographical location and is often determined by what is acceptable by local labour laws. (e.g. how many rooms per day can a housekeeper clean) The pick list of housekeeping sections will be used in the Room configuration.
To Configure Housekeeping Sections, go to Settings > Housekeeping > Sections and select the add/new icon
Enter the Section (limited to 8 characters
Enter the Description (limited to 30 characters)
To Translate to another language, select the ... in the description field
