Hotel Reports

Hotel reports are custom reports, which will display certain specific details for the specific needs of the hotel.  
For example a custom Registration card with the logo of the hotel.

If you want Amadeus Hospitality to create a custom report, please email support and answer below questions to get a better understanding of the report needs.
Note: creating custom reports is not included in the support contract.  

1. Shortly describe the report you would like to have.
   
2. What information should be shown on the report?
   For example a reservations report;
   - Should it display all reservations?
   - Only reservations with a specific arrival date?
   - Only reservations for a specific room type?
   - Only reservations with a specific status (definite, optional, in house etc)?
   
3. Which fields should be shown on the report?
   For example a reservations report;
   - Column 1 should display reservation number
   - Column 2 should display guest name
   - Column 3 should display reservation date
   - Column 4 should display rate code
   - Etc.
   
4. A report usually contains only a part of all the information that is available in your PMS System.
   Please indicate which part of the available information should be printed on the report.
   For example, a reservation report may contain:
   - Arrival date (single date or date range)
   - Posting date (single date or date range)
   - All companies or all companies in a specific city (or zip code or country)
   
5. Please indicate the sort order for the report
   For example, a reservation report can be filtered on
   - Arrival date
   - Reservation number
   - Guest name
