In step 8 of the Mailing wizard one can indicate how the mailing selection must be sorted using the guests' details. A sorting according to postcodes or surname is frequently chosen. The choice that is made here also determines the way in which everything is displayed in the export file.
In addition, step 8 also provides the option to limit the number of guests who will ultimately be included in this mailing by allowing one to enter a maximum number.
After the sorting is complete, one can proceed to step 9 where the mailing selection can be saved.
