Rebuild Country Statistics is used to rebuild country and state/province statistics. IDPMS links every booking to a country of origin and therefore can provide accurate country statistics. Countries are linked to country groups and also provide separate statistics. Using this tool in IDPMS also rebuilds the state and province statistics. The tool should be used if a change is made to a Country, State or Country Group (Settings > Statistics) If a new State or Country is added or a change made to a Country Group, this tool should be activated to update the statistics.
The tool can be accessed from the Extra Menu as follows;
A progress bar will be displayed while the tool is being executed. No completion message is given.
