Batch Checkin Reservations

Batch Check-in Reservations will automatically check-in all folios with a preassigned room number for arrival on the current day. When using the batch check-in function, it is important to note that no automatic pre authorization of credit cards will be processed. The status of the applicable folios that meet the following criteria will change from 'Reservation' to 'In-House' status.

Arrival Date = Today
Room Number assigned
Room Status = Vacant Clean and Inspected

A Batch Check-in can be performed via Extra > Tools > Batch checkin reservations

A progress bar will be displayed during the process.
Once the batch check-in has completed, the progress bar will close.
