In step 6 of the Email wizard, one can indicate how the mailing selection must be sorted using the guests' details. A sorting according to zipcodes or surname is frequently chosen. The choice that is made here determines the sequence in which the mail will be sent.
In addition, step 6 also provides the option to limit the number of guests who will ultimately be included in this mailing by allowing one to enter a maximum number.
After the sorting is complete, one can proceed to step 7 where the mailing selection can be previewed and executed.
