Reprint ticket
The message ‘reprint last ticket’ is displayed if something went wrong during a CCV transaction and the credit card terminal was still expecting a response. The CCV terminal is locked and can’t be used for transactions. The message is send by the credit card terminal. In this case IDPMS needs to release the terminal. Use the option ‘reprint ticket’.
Extra > Tools > Interface > Reprint ticket.
IDPMS will display:
Repeat last message
Option used to retrieve the last message sent by the terminal. This message is not displayed in IDPMS, but in the credit card log. The transaction won’t be repeated, only the message.
Can be used by Amadeus Hospitality Support to double check. For example when something went wrong, support can double check if the transaction was completed.
