Different types of mailings can be configured in IDPMS. These mailings can be linked to a relation profile and compiled as part of the Mailing Wizard in IDPMS. See also Mailing wizard
The actual mailings (letters or flyers) are built in IDPMS Editor. See also Editor.
To set up the Mailings picklist, go to Settings > Picklists > Mailings and Select the New/Add icon .
Mailing code is limited to 8 Characters and description is limited to 30 characters. Save entry using Checkmark.

Linking a specific Mailing to a Guest Profile
In the example below, all mailing codes from the picklist created are included in the mail groups. By dragging the code 'KERST' over to the Include box, this now links the Guest profile to the 'WINTER' Mailing. When using the Mailing Wizard,(Step 3) the user can select which Mailings are included in the mail blast. See also Mailing Wizard.
In step 3 of the Mailing Wizard the mailings should show if the guest criteria are met. (Guests have been linked to Mail Groups)
