To access Option Banqueting, go to Settings > Option > Banqueting
Suppress Prices on Reports - If box is checked, all pricing will be suppressed on banquet reports.
Do not Charge in Night Audit - If box is checked, calculations set up on banquet activities and reservations will not be posted at night audit. It will require an employee manually posting banquet charges to the group folios. If this box is not checked, all banquet calculations and activities will be posted during night audit.
Only charge to groups in house - If enabled, calculations set up on banquet activities and reservations will only be posted at night audit if the group reservation is checked- in.
Optional BQT revenue in forecast - If enabled, optional banqueting revenue will be included in forecasting.
Threshold time Morning - Enter the Threshold time for the morning (end of morning time) When Banquet rates are entered in the banquet rate grid, specific pricing can be assigned per time of day (morning,afternoon, evening) These threshold times define these rate periods. see Banquet Rate Grid.
Threshold time Evening - Enter the threshold time for evening (end of evening)
Display Start Time - Time entered here will be the start time display on the Banquet Rack.
Display End Time - Time entered here will be the end time display on the Banquet Rack
Date Change Time - Time entered here will change the date for Banqueting.
Path to video info System - Enter the file path to the video display interface file (if used)
